Terms of Service

By using Lantaw, you agree to these terms. Lantaw provides AI-assisted video generation tools for creators. You are responsible for the content you generate and publish. Lantaw is independent from YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook and does not represent these platforms.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.

Credits and subscriptions

Paid plans grant monthly credits as described at checkout. Unused credits may not roll over unless stated otherwise. Subscription changes and cancellations are managed through Stripe billing.

Content ownership and responsibility

You retain all rights to prompts and video outputs you create, subject to third-party model provider policies. By using Lantaw, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have permission to use all input materials and prompts
• The content you generate does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
• The content complies with applicable laws and does not contain unlawful material
• The content does not contain deepfakes, non-consensual intimate imagery, or deliberate misinformation
• You comply with all platform terms of service where you publish the content

You are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms of service and community guidelines of any platform (YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) where you publish content generated by Lantaw. Lantaw is not responsible for your platform compliance.

Platform publishing and integrations

Lantaw is independent from YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook. When you connect these platforms to Lantaw, you grant Lantaw limited permissions to publish videos on your behalf, only when you explicitly request it. You maintain full control:

• You decide what content publishes — Lantaw publishes only the videos you explicitly approve
• Lantaw does not modify, republish, or distribute your content beyond your explicit instructions
• You can revoke platform access at any time from your Lantaw account settings, or directly from your platform security settings
• Your OAuth tokens are encrypted and deleted immediately when you disconnect a platform

Platform suspensions, removals, strikes, or policy violations are governed by each platform's own terms and enforcement decisions. Lantaw is not responsible for content moderation decisions made by YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, or any other platform. If your content is removed, flagged, or your channel is suspended by a platform, that decision and any remedies are between you and the platform, not Lantaw.

Use restrictions

You agree not to use Lantaw to:

• Generate content that violates any platform's community guidelines, terms of service, or content policies
• Generate content that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Automate publishing to bypass platform reviews, moderation, or approval processes
• Impersonate, deceive, or mislead users about the authorship or origin of content
• Create deepfakes, non-consensual intimate content, or content designed to harass or defame
• Generate spam, false information, or content designed to circumvent platform security measures
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, circumvent, or interfere with Lantaw's security or platform publishing features

Limitation of liability

Lantaw is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lantaw and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Suspension, removal, or deactivation of your accounts by YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, or any platform
• Loss of revenue, followers, or engagement due to platform policy changes or enforcement
• Loss of generated videos, assets, or account data due to technical failures, data corruption, or service interruptions
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Lantaw or platform publishing

Your sole remedy for any service issues is reimbursement of credits or subscription fees, at Lantaw's discretion. This limitation applies to all claims, whether based on warranty, contract, negligence, or any other legal theory.

Data retention and deletion

For detailed information about data storage, retention, and deletion, see our Privacy Policy. You can delete individual jobs from your Scenes page, or permanently delete your entire account and all associated data from your account Settings. When you delete your account, all social platform connections are severed and credentials are purged immediately.

Content

Do not generate unlawful, harmful, or infringing content. Third-party model provider policies apply to inputs and outputs. You are responsible for ensuring your generated content complies with all applicable laws and platform policies.
